Who are we?

Local Maryland beekeepers, keeping bees happy
on a diet of lavender, tulip poplars, and Maryland
wildflowers.

We are just doing our thing, learning about beekeeping and growing our hives. Charles, a designer and craftsman, can't stop himself from engineering efficiency into a process. Carey, a self-taught candy maker and chocolatier, is busy experimenting with flavor combinations.
